Custom 3D visualization for the DGTS brand on custom LED WALL for the PLAST2026 event

For the PLAST2026 event in Rho (Milano) we've been challenged with setting up a custom visual for an exhibition booth. Sponsored by NIKLAS we had to create something for DGTS. Something to go on a very specific surface.
The project consisted of setting up in a catchy and instantly recognizable way the LED surfaces present on the DGTS stand sponsored by NIKLAS and hosted at PLAST2026.

The project consisted of setting up in a catchy and instantly recognizable way the LED surfaces present on the DGTS stand sponsored by NIKLAS and hosted at PLAST2026.
For the DGTS stand at PLAST2026, the goal was clear but not simple: make those LED surfaces pop in a catchy and instantly recognizable way. We kicked things off with a collaborative moodboard to map out a concept that truly matched the brand's identity. Then, we moved into the 3D world, experimenting with lights, motion, and textures directly on the digital layout of the stand.
For the DGTS stand at PLAST2026, the goal was clear but not simple: make those LED surfaces pop in a catchy and instantly recognizable way. We kicked things off with a collaborative moodboard to map out a concept that truly matched the brand's identity.
Then, we moved into the 3D world, experimenting with lights, motion, and textures directly on the digital layout of the stand.
The project grew through a constant mix of creativity and testing. Feedback helped us fine-tune the direction, while technical prototyping ensured everything worked flawlessly towards the final product.
Low-res LED screens and a tight deadline? Challenge accepted. The exhibition screens had physically spaced pixels which could cause aliasing, loss of detail and readability. To fix this, we developed a testing and optimization phase to find the perfect mix for our output. The secret sauce? We actually reduced some rendering parameters to gain sharper edges and cleaner lines overall.
Finally, we fine-tuned the contrast, brightness, and saturation so the content would pop and stay fully readable, even under the heavy, bright lighting of the fair.

Good teamwork needs a great pipeline. We broke down the project into a few key steps using some tech tools to kept us all on the same page.
We started the brainstorming on Miro, using it as a shared hub for moodboards and ideas to shape the creative direction. Then, we moved into Blender to build the entire 3D world, handling modeling, animation, and lighting.
To get those realistic visuals and top-tier quality control, we rendered everything out using Cycles.
Finally, we jumped into After Effects for compositing, post-production, and adding text elements. It was the perfect final touch to adjust the pacing and make sure the content would look absolutely stunning on the stand's LED Walls.
